Awakening

For today's journaling prompt, I pulled Awakening. I think this is a very appropriate card for the season of Spring. As I studied the card and noted a few things, the following appeared.

I spread my hands
Releasing this things I've clung to
I raise my arms
Open to the rising sun
Open to the changing wind
Open to the divine breath
I cannot do this alone
Around me, shadows in the aether
My community gathers
Together we balance
Between spirit and ground
Seeking signs of the season's change
Supporting each other
Faces lifted
Arms open
Hands spread
Breathing deep
Welcoming Spring
