Jan 4 - I need better titles for these

I'm feeling a bit off today. Could be a combination of the weather, the 'sick' that has been going around, a feeling of stress about returning to work or something I ate. Hopefully it passes quickly as I don't enjoy the light-headed moments or how I'm currently feeling.

It was a grocery day. Along with juice and fresh fruit and vegetables, I took a cab home rather than struggle carrying everything home. (A .6 mile/15 minute walk but I'm not sure I would have managed considering how heavy everything was.)

One more day before my vacation ends. Must do some self-care planning to help me with the first week back. I currently have a massage booked for Monday which will both help and hurt. (They always do.)
