I spent the afternoon emptying, sorting and rearranging my linen closet. More items are on the pile for the thrift store. More things are in a bag for the trash.
My lesson from the trash items: If you buy something, use it.

I started a Pinterest board for my year of self-care. More will be added. I have to remind myself to actually look at it and add some of the items to my daily routine/weekly planning, etc.

Next up, creative time. I must write. I know I've been procrastinating because the next scene is one I don't want to write. Need to take a deep breath and face it head on.
